Using Publish Settings of Flash IDE. Of course only main.fla has to be published as executable. All the rest is swf and gets loaded as usual.

A helpful tip! A shortcut to get a parent page branch from within your page is:

page.getParent().branch;

I'm adding a way to get the child pages in order in the next version.
